Return & Refund Policy
Overview
Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise below. Eleanor Armory LLC operates primarily on a build-to-order and special-order basis and does not maintain excess inventory.

 
All Sales Final
No returns or refunds on:

Firearms
Serialized parts
Ammunition
Magazines
Optics
Accessories
Components or parts
This includes special orders, custom builds, drop-shipped items, and build-to-order products.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
 
Installed or Modified Items
Any item that has been installed, mounted, test-fit, fired, used, or modified is not eligible for return or refund.
All labor charges, including but not limited to:

Assembly
Installation
Diagnostics
Sighting-in
Function testing
are non-refundable.
 
Special Orders & Build-to-Order Items
All special-order and build-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Payment is required in full prior to ordering.
Lead times are estimates only and may vary based on manufacturer or distributor availability.
 
Defective Products & Manufacturer Warranty
Defective items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, not Eleanor Armory LLC.
Customers are responsible for initiating warranty claims directly with the manufacturer.
We do not issue refunds for defective products but may assist with warranty coordination at our discretion.
Shipping costs related to warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
 
Shipping Errors
If an incorrect item is shipped due to our error, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement only, not a refund.
 
Legal & Compliance Responsibility
No returns are accepted on items restricted by federal, state, or local law.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all purchases are legally compliant before ordering.

By placing an order with Eleanor Armory LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Refund Policy in full.

Special Order, Fulfillment & Shipping Delay Policy

Eleanor Armory LLC operates with a mix of in-stock inventory, dealer-sourced inventory, distributor-sourced inventory, special-order products, and build-to-order items. Because of this, fulfillment and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing, firearm compliance requirements, carrier transit times, weather, holidays, high-volume shipping periods, and other causes outside of our direct control.

Any shipping, delivery, or availability timeframe shown on our website is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Order Processing

Orders begin processing after payment is successfully received and the order information has been verified. Some products may require additional processing time before shipment, especially if the item must first be acquired from a manufacturer, distributor, dealer, or supplier before being shipped to the customer or receiving FFL.

Additional processing time may apply to:

  • Special-order products
  • Build-to-order products
  • Dealer-sourced products
  • Distributor-sourced products
  • Firearms requiring FFL verification
  • Items awaiting compliance review
  • Items included in scheduled dealer or supplier shipments
  • Products delayed by the manufacturer, distributor, supplier, or shipping carrier

Special Orders & Dealer-Sourced Items

Some items listed on our website may not be physically present at Eleanor Armory LLC at the exact time the order is placed. These products may be acquired through our authorized dealer, distributor, or manufacturer network after the customer places an order.

By placing an order for a special-order, dealer-sourced, distributor-sourced, or build-to-order item, the customer understands and agrees that additional fulfillment time may be required.

Once Eleanor Armory LLC has committed funds, placed the order with a supplier, received the item, transferred the item, packed the item, or otherwise begun fulfillment, the order may not be eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund.

Firearm Orders

All firearm orders must comply with federal, state, and local law. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to a customer’s residential address. Firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee unless otherwise permitted by law.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their selected receiving FFL is willing and able to receive the firearm. Delays caused by missing FFL information, incorrect dealer information, dealer refusal, customer ineligibility, background check delays, state restrictions, or failure to complete transfer requirements are not the responsibility of Eleanor Armory LLC.

Once a firearm order has been fulfilled, packed, shipped, transferred to a carrier, or sent to the receiving FFL, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded while the item is in transit.

Shipping & Carrier Delays

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, transit time is controlled by the shipping carrier and is outside the direct control of Eleanor Armory LLC.

Carrier delays may occur due to weather, route changes, holidays, high shipping volume, mechanical issues, missed delivery attempts, signature requirements, incorrect address information, or other logistical issues.

Eleanor Armory LLC is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been accepted by the carrier. Tracking information provided by the carrier will be the primary source for shipment status updates.

A delay in carrier transit does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

Signature Required Shipments

Certain orders, including firearm shipments and other regulated or high-value items, may require an adult signature or direct signature upon delivery.

If a package requires a signature, the customer or receiving FFL must be available to accept delivery. Missed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, failure to accept delivery, or delays caused by the receiving party may result in additional shipping, return, restocking, transfer, or processing fees.

No Refunds After Fulfillment or Shipment

Once an order has been fulfilled, packed, transferred to a carrier, shipped, or otherwise placed in transit, the order is considered in process and may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.

This policy applies especially to:

  • Firearms
  • Serialized parts
  • Special-order items
  • Build-to-order items
  • Dealer-sourced items
  • Distributor-sourced items
  • Regulated products
  • Items shipped to a receiving FFL
  • Items already accepted by a shipping carrier

If a customer requests cancellation after fulfillment has begun, Eleanor Armory LLC may deny the cancellation request or assess any applicable restocking, shipping, return, transfer, processing, or supplier fees.

Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, returned to sender, undeliverable, abandoned, or unable to be completed due to customer error, missing information, failed transfer, receiving FFL refusal, or customer inaction, the customer may be responsible for any additional fees incurred.

These fees may include, but are not limited to:

  • Original shipping cost
  • Return shipping cost
  • Transfer fees
  • Restocking fees
  • Supplier fees
  • Processing fees
  • Compliance-related fees

Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined only after the product has safely returned to Eleanor Armory LLC and has been inspected.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Eleanor Armory LLC directly to resolve any order, shipping, fulfillment, or transfer issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

A shipping delay, special-order processing time, carrier transit delay, FFL transfer delay, or customer-requested cancellation after fulfillment has begun does not constitute a valid reason for a chargeback.

If a customer initiates a chargeback on an order that has already been fulfilled, shipped, transferred to a carrier, delivered to a receiving FFL, or otherwise placed in process, Eleanor Armory LLC will provide documentation to the payment processor, card issuer, and/or relevant parties showing order details, fulfillment records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, FFL shipment records, and applicable store policies.

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order with Eleanor Armory LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only, not guarantees.
  • Special-order, dealer-sourced, distributor-sourced, and build-to-order items may require additional fulfillment time.
  • Firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL.
  • Carrier delays are outside the control of Eleanor Armory LLC.
  • Fulfilled or shipped orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and FFL information.
  • The customer must contact Eleanor Armory LLC directly to resolve any order concern before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Eleanor Armory LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Special Order, Fulfillment & Shipping Delay Policy in full.
